Are Cecile Barker and his rapper son, Stacks, the “f**king ni**gers” that Hulk Hogan talked about in his racist video? According to a sealed FBI transcript of Hogan’s infamous sex tape, the former wrestler told Heather Clem, his friend’s former wife, that he was a racist. This was prior to the pair having sex on a canopy bed. Hogan then goes on to talk about his daughter, Brooke, who at the time had a burgeoning music career, wondering allowed if she was “f**king the black guy’s son.” Later, he mourned because despite all the money Hogan put into her career, she had sided with a “black billionaire guy.” At the time in 2007, Brooke Hogan was linked to rapper Stacks. The couple broke up in 2009. His father is wealthy aerospace entrepreneur and former Sly & the Family Stone manager, Cecile Barker.

1. Cecile Barker Was Accused of Trying to Lick a Woman’s Foot in 2012

It was back in 2012 when Phyllisia Ross, an up and coming RnB singer from Miami, accused Cecile Barker of licking her foot while she was asleep, reports the Miami New Times. Ross says “I woke up and [Cecille Barker] had my foot in his hand and he was trying to lick on my foot. I shook him off, and I was like, ‘What are you doing?” She was suing Barker at time because Ross says he was preventing her from joining Wyclef Jean’s label. The singer was attached to Barker’s SoBe Entertainment. In court, Ross added that in 2008, Barker grabbed her crotch while she was sleeping.


2. Barker Sold His Aerospace Company to Lockheed Martin

Aside from managing music acts, including Sly & the Family Stone, Barker was a successful aerospace entrepreneur, founding a business name OAO Corporation. He sold the company to Lockheed Martin, one of the biggest defense corporations in the world. At the time of the sale, OAO employed 2,000 people while providing technology solutions to the federal government. In his profile on Bloomberg’s website, it says that Barker former OAO in 1996 and served as a director and also on the Science and Technology Advisory Committee for the Executive Office of the President of the United States. He studied physics at Loyola University.


3. Brooke Hogan & Stacks Broke Up in 2010

Brooke Hogan confirmed in January 2010 that she and Stacks, who now goes by the rapping moniker YNIQ, were no longer dating. In a statement she said “He was a big part of her life for a very long time, and she still cares about him and his family dearly. Brooke would like to thank her fans for their kind words and sensitivity during the breakup.” During their whirlwind romance, he appeared on episodes of her reality show Brooke Knows Best, recorded songs with her and went on Howard Stern with her (above).

During her music career, Brooke Hogan, who now goes by her real name, Brooke Bollea, bounced around a few record labels. From 2006-11, she was signed to Barker’s label, SoBe Entertainment. Her contract ran until 2012, but she was released a year early, according to her profile on MTV.com. This was after she was done promoting her album, The Redemption. According to his Facebook page, Cecile Barker is the CEO and president of SoBe Entertainment. Brooke Hogan’s music career has stalled since then.


5. Hulk Hogan Has Apologized for Calling Black People ‘Ni**ers’

The disgraced wrestler released a statement to People Magazine that read:

Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it. This is not who I am. I believe very strongly that every person in the world is important and should not be treated differently based on race, gender, orientation, religious beliefs or otherwise. I am disappointed with myself that I used language that is offensive and inconsistent with my own beliefs.

Just prior to the scandal breaking, the WWE scrubbed any reference to Hogan from their website. His lawyer, told TMZ that Hogan resigned from the WWE on the night of July 23. The six-time WWE champion did put out a cryptic tweet as the scandal was developing which read:

Meanwhile Hogan is still in the midst of a $100 million lawsuit against Gawker Media over their publication of the video which showed the Hulkster having sex with his friend, Bubba the Love Sponge’s, wife.
