Molly is on the move.
In this week’s episode of Extant, titled “Zugzwang,” Molly (Halle Berry) will track down an old colleague of her dead husband John (Goran Visnjic) who might be able to help eliminate the Humanich threat. This person will reportedly know the secret to stopping the Humanichs from destroying both the humans and the hybrids and Molly is determined to find them. Naturally, she’ll get some help from JD (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Ethan (Pierce Gagnon) who will join her on her search.
Meanwhile, Julie (Grace Gummer) has some suspicions that Lucy (Kiersey Clemons) is taking orders from someone and sends Charlie (Tyler Hilton) to locate the source. But will that put him in harm’s way?
Of course, Molly is still reeling slightly from the events of last week’s episode, which saw her wake up from her coma in her old body. Toby (David Morrissey) helped Molly out of the facility but told Fiona Stanton (Kate Burton) that she and the other had been killed in an explosion.
