On tonight’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, an unexpected fight breaks out between Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams while relaxing on a boat for a girls’ day. Bailey and her husband Peter Thomas had been publicly going through cheating allegations after a video of Thomas was released online, showing him being affectionate with a mystery woman. Bailey and Thomas decided to work on their relationship but tensions were still high with Bailey under major stress. In the meantime, carefree Williams was enjoying her relationship with then boyfriend Duke Williams, so she was in good spirits. While on the girls’ outing, Williams brings a friend (Shamea Morton) who insults cast member Kenya Moore. When Cynthia Bailey tries to add her two cents, she also heats things up. Williams casually calls Bailey a bitch and that’s all Bailey needed to go off on Williams, who was shocked that she offended Bailey to that extent.
In the past, Bailey and Williams have had their ups and downs. When Williams once showed up to a meeting with Bailey over an hour late, Bailey was not pleased, especially when she was greeted without apologies. Another disagreement occurred during last season’s reunion when Williams talked about infidelity rumors, saying that Bailey’s husband was cheating with a waitress from his night spot Bar One.
Shamea Morton, who is good friends with Porsha Williams, joins the show this season. She’s an actress and singer who is currently the Atlanta Hawks in-game host as well as a radio host. Her boyfriend’s name is Gerald and he is a successful businessman from Kenya.
