Aside from effecting the livelihoods of three couples, Sully’s true identity could be detrimental to the Newmans as a whole. While deceit and corruption isn’t a foreign matter to the family, it could form a more defined wedge into the fabric of Newman Enterprises. The situation gets more complex as Victor already knows that Sully is Christian. If no one finds out that Victor knew, then he’ll be able to save face with daughters Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Abby (Melissa Ordway). However, if they learn that he knew about the secret, it could bring the company back to where it was prior to Jabot’s $500 million payout.
The predicament would also crush Faith, who has been a willing and loving big sister to Sully. Faith — who recently moved into the penthouse with Nick and Sage — recently expressed that she missed being around Sully. Once the reveal is made, it will undoubtedly crush her.
If Nick and/or Sharon find out that Dr. Anderson was the culprit for the baby switch, this could lead to her departure from the show, as no one would want her around. It would most likely mean that Nick would find out about his history with Sandy, who’s seeking revenge for losing Nick’s potential child as a teen in a Newman Ranch diving accident. However, if Sandy’s cover isn’t blown, it could lead to an unhealthy romance. Dr. Anderson expressed that she was ready to date again and she just may be looking to right her wrongs with Nick.
