The Bold and the Beautiful returned on Monday with a whole new year of twists and turns. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) deals with the ramifications of her confrontation with Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer).
Here’s what you need to know about the B&B’s Monday, January 4, 2015 episode:
Last week, fans witnessed Ivy failing on her mission to rekindle the flame with Liam (Scott Clifton). During a confrontation with Steffy, she faltered down the stairs, leading to her unconsciousness.
On Monday’s episode, Liam calls an ambulance for Ivy. She’s unconscious but breathing. He tells them that he didn’t what happened, even though he knows that it involved Steffy. They take Ivy away in a stretcher. He gets angry with her, saying she was supposed to stay away. Steffy says thst she didn’t mean it.
Wyatt (Darin Brooks) thought he’s done everything right, unlike what he did with Hope. He says that Ivy is going to feel it and she’s going to get hurt; she threw away something that’s unreplaceable. Quinn (Rena Sofer) asks Wyatt if he’s okay. Wyatt thinks it was a rare gift when himself and Quinn were the only ones in the picture.
Later, Quinn asks Wyatt if he thinks Ivy had a breakdown. Wyatt defends her, saying he was going to marry her. He later stops himself. He says he has a sick reflex, having to defend her. Pam approaches saying that Ivy needs them in the hospital.
The doctor runs tests on Ivy. Shortly after, Liam shows. The doctor says she’s very lucky. He sees no fractures. Ivy tells Liam she feels humiliated and that she loves him. She then warns him about Steffy. Liam tells Ivy not to count on Wyatt forgiving her. Wyatt shows and asks if Ivy was alone. Liam says Steffy was there and he’s sure it was an accident; Quinn looks concerned. Ivy thanks Wyatt for coming down; whether he cares, or not. Liam and Wyatt bicker over Ivy telling Liam that he loves her. Wyatt doesn’t agree that he kept it a secret. Liam says Steffy and him are happy and that Ivy’s admission wasn’t his fault.
Later, Quinn questions what Steffy’s intentions were during the staircase ordeal; Liam agrees that it’s a sticky situation, but insists it wasn’t intentional. Quinn finds it interesting that Steffy was defending Wyatt. Steffy is relieved to find out that Ivy will be released from the hospital soon. Quinn thinks Wyatt should be grateful to Steffy for sticking up for him. Steffy appears concerned over Liam’s intentions.
