The Bold and the Beautiful returns on Tuesday with an all-new episode as Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) tries to make sense of Liam’s (Scott Clifton) absence while Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) calls up Quinn (Rena Sofer) from Australia. Also, Katie (Heather Tom) has a meltdown after witnessing Bill (Don Diamont) have a moment with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Ivy Returns & Angers Quinn

Although Quinn wants nothing but the best for her son, Wyatt (Darin Brooks), she feels the total opposite about Liam. She continues to keep Liam at her Topanga cabin to buy her son more time to work his magic with Steffy. Between Wyatt’s continuous compliments and his ongoing support, he’s really starting to make some leeway in the romance department. After hitting the waves, Wyatt and Steffy finally kissed.
After a considerable absence, Ivy makes her return to B&B on Tuesday. While in Australia, she contacts Quinn for what appears to be a favor. Quinn — with Liam still passed out in the background — is seemingly insulted by her response.
“You have got some nerve.”
Ivy pleads with her to stay on the phone.
“Qu-Quinn, please don’t hang up.”
Is Ivy accusing Quinn of deception, or is she simply looking to rekindle the romance with Wyatt?
Meanwhile, Steffy — despite getting more and more comfy with Wyatt — continues trying to piece together Liam’s intentions. Last week, she received a text — not aware it was Quinn deceiving her — from Liam’s phone stating he wasn’t coming home. This not only confused her, but brought her to tears.
On Tuesday, Steffy starts to wonder about Liam again. She continues venting to Wyatt about him.
“All he had to do was come home. I don’t understand why he didn’t.”
Katie Has a Meltdown Over What She Witnessed Between Bill & Brooke

Bill has had a difficult time getting past the history he’s had with Brooke. Since Brooke started at Spencer Publications, Bill hasn’t been able to stop himself from fantasizing about her. Making matters worse, Brooke — who kissed Bill the prior week — admitted that the feelings are mutual. However, she informed him that she couldn’t betray her sister again. Unbeknownst to her, Katie was peering into Bill’s office during the conversation.
On Tuesday, Katie reacts to herself on what she witnessed between her husband and sister.
“She said she wouldn’t do this. She promised. She promised that she wouldn’t do this. She promised.”
Bill — unaware of Katie’s outside-the-door presence — assures Brooke that their secret is safe.
“She will never find out about any of this.”
