Stevie Baggs will be featured as the bachelor on tonight's season premier of WE's 'Match Made in Heaven.' The former athlete has done a little bit of everything-- he's dabbled in entertainment, created non-profit organizations, written a book about his experience as a professional football player, and he even owns a cafe in Atlanta. As if that weren't enough, Baggs is known for giving back to the community, which he does with his mother, Lola, namely through a non-profit the dynamic duo launched in 2004. Lola will be a huge part of the show this season, and will have the power to eliminate the girls she doesn't think are worthy of Stevie's love. On tonight's premiere episode of 'Match Made in Heaven', Lola goes undercover as an assistant on the show to see what the 18 ladies act like behind closed doors... and she is NOT happy with what she sees. She makes the first elimination of the season, and sends a surprising contestant packing. The season premiere will also feature host and executive producer Sherri Shepherd, known best for her stint on the hit daytime talk-show, The View. Shepherd and Baggs' mother will accompany the athletic entrepreneur on his quest to find love, which hopefully (and unlike last season, where bachelor Shawn Bullard presented his winning contestant Jade with a 'promise' ring on a necklace) will result in him getting down on one knee.
