JUDGES: Christina Tosi and Gordon Ramsay. Graham Elliott is not returning and there are reported to be guest judges in his place.
PRIZE: A cookbook deal; $250,000; and the title of Masterchef.
CHALLENGES:
Pressure Tests – Chefs on a losing team compete against each other in hopes of escaping elimination.
Team Challenges – Teams are formed and the contestants compete in groups. The losing team faces a pressure test.
Mystery Box – Chefs are given a box of ingredients that they must use to create a dish. All chefs have the same ingredients.
Elimination Tests – The chef who wins a Mystery Box challenge is taken into the show’s pantry and is given an advantage. The other contestants must then compete against each other. The judges pick a chef to be eliminated out of the bottom three dishes.
