Tonight’s special guests on the new variety series, ‘Maya and Marty’, will be Ana Gasteyer, Ricky Gervais, Kevin Kline, and Cecily Strong.
Maya Rudolph and Martin Short, two of the biggest icons in SNL history, host the new NBC series on Tuesday nights. The dynamic duo are joined by Kenan Thompson and multiple celebrity guests each week to bring audiences a show filled with music and comedy. Previous guest stars include Miley Cyrus, Larry David, Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, Tom Hanks, Sean Hayes, Nick Jonas, Eva Longoria, Steve Martin, and John Cena. The show is executively produced by Lorne Michaels, Matt Roberts, Erin David, Dave Becky, and Marc Gurvitz.
Tonight, Maya and Marty will also air its first non-studio performance of “What the World Needs Now is Love” to benefit the Orlando LGBT community. The performance was recorded last week for the Broadway for Orlando initiative by over 60 Broadway stars.
