UnREAL is putting The Bachelor on notice. The second season of the Lifetime drama will feature an African-American bachelor on its show-within-a-show, Everlasting.
Shiri Appleby and Constance Zimmer return as the manipulative producers Rachel and Quinn of the dating competition show. Vying for the women’s affections this season is B.J. Britt as Darius Beck, a professional quarterback who goes on Everlasting to help rehab his image. He’s also the first black suitor on the show.
UnREAL also welcomes back Craig Bierko as Everlasting creator Chet, Josh Kelly as camera operator Jeremy and Amy Hill as the on-set therapist Dr. Wagerstein.
