Tonight is the series premiere Botched by Nature, where Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif will be taking on clients born with an array of birth defects. The duo will be visiting clients in their home setting for consultations this season. Dubrow told People, “Once we started getting these new-level skills and experiences based on three seasons of doing Botched, we realized we could apply these things to problems that were even more extraordinarily difficult.”
The show hopes to give people with birth defects who may not have access to plastic surgeons the chance to fix their physical issues. Read on to learn what time and where to watch the show.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS: Paul and Terry take their surgical expertise on the road in this series, which finds them treating patients who have been botched by nature. In the premiere, the doctors help a young woman in Las Vegas whose autoimmune disease may have triggered her deformed breasts. Later, the docs head to Central California to aid a twin born with facial abnormalities.
