While on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert Tuesday night, First Lady Michelle Obama said she has no sympathy for the presidential candidates’ souses. However, when Colbert asked for her thoughts on how it must have felt for Melania Trump after she was accused of lifting phrases from Obama’s 2008 Democratic National Convention speech, Obama did say one thing.
“Yeah, that was tough,” Obama said.
Also while on The Late Show, Obama did her own impression of her husband, President Barack Obama. She also called Beyonce a “sweetheart” and a “low-key lady.”
Colbert and Obama also had fun in a blanket fort. She was on The Late Show to help promote her Let Girls Learn initiative.
