Catfished Meri Brown of ‘Sister Wives’: The Photos You Need to See

Meri Brown

Meri Brown is the first wife of Kody Brown and they are featured on the show Sister Wives, which follows the life of the Brown family's polygamous lifestyle. Meri Brown is one of four wives in the family and has one child with patriarch Kody. In 2015, Meri Brown fell victim to a catfishing scandal as she was carrying on an online relationship with someone she thought was a man named Sam. Reports were that the Sam ended up being a woman, but Sam wrote in a blog of his that: I really do believe in this lifetime she will tell the truth and admit that I am real, I am a man, and I did not catfish her. I know she is a good person, she has a big heart. I know she will do right by me. I know it. It may take her years. Years is all I’ve got left to give her. So I will wait for it to come and I will immediately forget it and accept the apology. Since the scandal came to light, Meri Brown admitted to pushing Kody away and this season on Sister Wives, they are trying to work through their issues.
