PERFORMERS: Demi Lovato will be performing live from her Celebrity Cruises concert in St. Maarten. Meanwhile, Mariah Carey will perform right before the ball drops in Times Square. Other NYC performers include DNCE, Thomas Rhett and Gloria Estefan, with the cast of her Broadway musical ON YOUR FEET! Fergie is hosting the Billboard Hollywood Party with performers such as Alessia Cara, Fifth Harmony featuring Kid Ink and Ty Dolla $ign, Flo Rida featuring Macy Kate, G-Eazy featuring Bebe Rexha, Martin Garrix also with Bebe Rexha, Niall Horan, John Legend, Lukas Graham, Shawn Mendes, Mike Posner, Emeli Sande and Hailee Steinfeld. Lionel Richie will perform live from Las Vegas, Nevada for the first performance of 2017, according to ABC, as well. Jason Derulo and Panic! at the Disco will perform live from New Orleans, Louisiana.
