Samantha Bee is finally returning after nearly a month off. Full Frontal With Samantha Bee, the biting political satire show starring the former Daily Show correspondent, returns for its second season on Wednesday, January 11 at 10:30 p.m. ET on TBS. Read on for a look at the show.
The first season of Bee’s show ended on December 19, with an episode that featured a surprising interview with conservative radio host Glenn Beck, while both wore terrible Christmas sweaters. In the interim, the Full Frontal writers spent their time keeping the Full Frontal Twitter page busy.
After Meryl Streep’s Golden Globe speech, they even made fake Donald Trump movie review tweets for Streep movies. The best one: “The Devil Wears Prada: WRONG! I only wear Trump suits.”
Full Frontal was nominated for the Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series Emmy and was nominated for Best Talk Show at the Critics’ Choice Television Awards.
