Carly Rae Jepsen Debuts Short Blonde Haircut at NHL All-Star Game, Twitter Reacts

The 2017 NHL All-Star Game on January 29, 2017, marked the debut of Carly Rae Jepsen‘s new hairdo. As plenty of gossip site’s will tell you, the Canadian songstress “chopped off all of her hair” and dyed it blonde. But really, the “I Really Like You” singer’s hair isn’t completely “chopped” off,” but rather cut quite short. Arguably more drastic of a change is the color or her hair. Jepsen used to rock the dark locks and even dabbled with red, but wanted something brighter in 2017 it seems.

Jepsen performed the “O Canada” at the All-Star Game, sporting her own NHL jersey and the new hairdo. Watch her performance right here:

Jepsen wasn’t the only pop act on the bill that night either. Fifth Harmony were set to perform the United States’ National Anthem, but dropped out last minute. Courtney Daniels, a member of the LA Kings crew, replaced the pop group, and even made it onto Billboard.
