Thanks to President Donald Trump‘s speech before a joint session of Congress, we have to wait another week for the penultimate episode of This Is Us‘ first season. The next episode of the beloved hit freshman series doesn’t air until Tuesday, March 7 at 9:00 p.m. ET on NBC. Read on for a preview of the new episode and a recap of the action in the previous one.

The preview for “What Now?” teases a lot of information, so it’s going to be an episode packed with more twists and turns. Kevin, who bungled his opening night performance in “Jack Pearson’s Son” to comfort Randall will have to explain what happened and why he potentially ruined his career. Randall will have to figure out the best way to honor his biological father, William. Meanwhile in the past, we see that Jack is tempted by another woman as his relationship with Rebecca continues to crumble.

The previous episode of This Is Us was the excellent two-man show “Memphis,” which featured two fantastic performances from Sterling K. Brown and Ron Cephas Jones. In the episode, Randall drove William to Memphis to visit his hometown one last time before his death. The flashbacks to the past explored William’s past and how he ended up moving from Memphis to Philadelphia.

Here is the episode description for “What Now?” from NBC:

The entire Pearson family gathers at Randall’s for an unusual party. Kevin and Sophie’s relationship deepens on the night of his play’s premiere. Kate struggles to open up to Toby about her father’s death. Tensions are high between Jack and Rebecca as she leaves on tour with her band.
