Actress and model Karrueche Tran looks to be getting cozy with a popular musician. Only this time, instead of former hubby Chris Brown, it looks to be Migos rapper Quavo.
As Brown continues to travel the country on his Party Tour, Tran attended a Migos concert by herself at the Gulf Coast Spring Fest in Mississippi on Saturday night. According to TMZ, however, this solo stasis didn’t last long, as Tran reportedly watched the Migos perform from backstage. After the concert, Tran exited with Quavo and fellow group members Takeoff and Offset. Eyewitnesses also tell TMZ that Quavo, 26, and Tran, 28, shared a romantic embrace before riding off together in the same vehicle (by themselves). Check out the video footage below.
This isn’t the first time Quavo (born Quavious Marshall) has been romantically linked to the girlfriend of a fellow musician. In 2016, the “Bad and Boujee” emcee was seen with Lira Galore, the ex-fiancé of Rick Ross. In what proved to be a similar situation, Galore was caught on video cozying up to Quavo at a VIP club in North Carolina, according to HNPP. The relationship was never confirmed by either party.
Tran, on the other hand, has had a far more tumultuous relationship with her ex, Chris Brown. In February, she filed for a restraining order against the pop star, telling TMZ that he “told a few people that he was going to kill me,” and told friends that “If he can’t have her than no one else can, threatening he was going to take me out and threatened to shoot me.”
This arrived on the heels of Tran’s claim that Brown has “punched me in the stomach twice” and “pushed me down the stairs” not long after his infamous attack on singer Rihanna. These allegations were compounded when Brown released a video of himself all but confirming his desire to keep Tran to himself. Watch below.
