‘Dancing With the Stars’ Finale 2017 Performers

The season 24 finale of Dancing With the Stars airs tonight live at 8 p.m. ET/PT time delay. On the finale episode, bloopers will be shown, the finalists will compete once more and there will be several big musical performances. In addition, fan-favorite contestants from the season will return to the ballroom and some will impress with their dance moves once again.

For the episode’s opening number, all 12 contestants from the season, along with the judges and co-hosts, are set to return and participate. There will also be a sneak peek at the “Dancing with the Stars: Live! – Hot Summer Nights” tour, which kicks off this summer. Several girls and guys dance numbers will take place and ABC reports that:

There will also be separate girls and guys’ numbers. The girls’ number features Heather Morris and female Pros and Troupe dancing to “River” by Bishop Briggs, and the guys’ number incorporates the male Pros and Troupe dancing to “That’s What I Like” by Bruno Mars.

Previously, Heather Morris, who was paired with ballroom bad boy Maksim Chmerkovskiy, was sent home in a shocking elimination after a perfect score on the show.

The three finalists will have to compete one more time tonight, in a segment called the 24-Hour Fusion Challenge. They were assigned two contrasting dance styles last night and have only had time since last night’s show to prepare a routine.

The viewer votes and judges’ points from the May 15th and May 22nd episodes will be combined along with the judges’ points the contestants receive from the 24-Hour Fusion Challenge in order to determine the winner.

When it comes to performers tonight, Academy Award-nominated actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld is set to perform her single “Most Girls.” OneRepublic will also be performing their song “No Vacancy” as pros Sharna Burgess and Gleb Savchenko dance. In addition, Lady Antebellum will perform their song “You Look Good” as Witney Carson, Hayley Erbert, Artem Chigvintsev and Gleb Savchenko dance as well. Also, in order to promote tomorrow night’s new adaptation of the movie Dirty Dancing, Colt Prattes, who plays the role of Johnny Castle, and season 10 Dancing with the Stars champion Nicole Scherzinger will dance to the hit song “Do You Love Me?” from the movie. Scherzinger plays the part of “Penny” in the new remake.

At the end of tonight, a new DWTS champion will be named, and the winner will be able to take home the coveted Mirrorball trophy.
