During his acceptance speech tonight at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, Drake put an end to his beef with Ludacris and shared the love with everyone.
“I know we haven’t always seen eye to eye… I got a lot of love for you,” he told Luda, before complimenting Vanessa on how beautiful she looked tonight. He told Nicki Minaj he’s happy they “found their way back” and he finished with a shout out to his father, saying, “My dad got on purple suit and purple shoes!”

Viewers couldn’t help but laugh after Drake complimented Vanessa– the cameras immediately turned to Nicki who was mouthing, “What about me!?” The rapper also congratulated fellow Canadian nominees, like Bieber, The Weeknd, and Shawn Mendes.
When he went up to accept an award earlier in the night, drake kissed Kate Beckinsale’s hand and thanked his fans. He beat out Justin Bieber, Future, Shawn Mendes, and the Weeknd for the Top 200 Billboard award.
Early Sunday, it was announced that Drake had won 10 awards before the live show even began at the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas.
Drake and The Chainsmokers were up for the most awards, with 22 nominations each. Imagine Dragons began their performance tonight with a tribute to the late Chris Cornell, who died on Thursday morning.
