It’s Cinco de Mayo, which leads many to wonder if Taco Bell has any specials or featured menu items for the occasion. Well, there aren’t really any out of the ordinary deals, but there is a special event going on.

The Taco Bell Test Kitchen in Irvine, California is actually taking reservations and will be available on OpenTable as well. The reservation URL will be revealed today on Cinco de Mayo and the experience is reported to take place on May 19, 2017. The test kitchen is usually closed to the public, but now, 32 diners will have the privilege of dining inside for free. According to the official press release, “The dinner will feature twists on Taco Bell favorites, never before seen products and menu creations before they are available to the public.” Liz Matthews, Chief Food Officer at Taco Bell Corp, talked about the experience, saying:

The chance to be the first to see our innovative food, where its created, from the chefs who make it happen, is a unique experience that’s never been available to the public until now. As a brand known for our firsts, we’re excited to open our doors into the magic of our innovation and give our biggest fans an experience they’ll never forget.

This dining experience will not be limited to just this once as the Taco Bell Test Kitchen reveals that several dining events will become available over the course of the year and reservations will continue to be attained via OpenTable. Scott Jampol, Senior Vice President of Marketing at OpenTable, made the following statement:

OpenTable prides itself on helping people make the hottest reservations around and is excited to partner with Taco Bell to give fans this exclusive opportunity. We’re always looking to offer our diners the most unique dining experiences, and that’s exactly what they’ll find at the Test Kitchen by Taco Bell.

In the Taco Bell Test Kitchen, diners should experience new recipes or products that may or may not become mainstream menu items. Taco Bell continues to update and change their menu, which means that every now and then, products get discontinued. For example, you don’t see Bell Beefers, Chili Cheese Burritos or Blackjack Tacos on the menu anymore; do you?

Some of the restaurant’s current menu items that are featured, include:

Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme
Fiery Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme
Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme
Mexican Pizza
Grilled Steak Soft Taco
Airheads Blue Raspberry Freeze Drink
Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze
XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito
