Charlotte Flair this week was the victim of a photo hack, with many private, explicit pictures of hers being posted online without her consent.

But Charlotte is hardly the first WWE employee to have private photos posted online, and she’s not even the first to have it happened this year. Recently, photo hacks have become a huge problem for many WWE superstars.

The most recent, high-profile WWE photo leak was that of Paige, a 24-year-old wrestler whose real name is Saraya-Jade Bevis. In March, several photos and videos of hers were posted online. This became a huge story, in part because another wrestler, The New Day’s Xavier Woods, was featured in one of the videos.

Also featured in those leaks was Brad Maddox, a former WWE wrestler who was dating Paige at the time. In fact, it appeared that the photos and videos were taken by Maddox, and so it may have been him who had his account hacked, not Paige.

There was also some discussion of whether Paige might be fired because in one of the videos, she uses the NXT Women’s Championship in a sex act. However, the WWE did not end up taking action against Paige, nor did they respond to the leak in any way.

Shortly after the Paige leak, explicit photos and videos of other WWE personalities began to be posted online, although this time they were of former employees: Maria Kanellis, Victoria, Kaitlyn, and Melina Perez all had explicit photos posted on the Internet around the same time as Paige.

Two years ago, Seth Rollins was the victim of a photo leak, with some nude selfies of his spreading on social media. However, it seems that this was not a case of hacking, but rather of an angry ex-girlfriend seeking revenge against Rollins. According to E! Online, Leighla Schultz, Seth Rollins ex-fiancee, was the one to post these naked photos on the Internet.

“I would like to apologize to all the WWE fans and my family and friends for private photographs that were distributed without my consent,” Rollins tweeted at the time.

As with the Paige leak, the WWE did not respond to the Rollins photos in any way.

Not long after the Paige leaks, there were some reports that Alexa Bliss was the victim of a photo hack, as some photos that looked a lot like they were private pictures of Bliss were posted on the Internet. However, Bliss has repeatedly said that these pictures are not real.

A similar situation unfolded with Summer Rae, a current WWE employee who is signed to the Raw brand. However, Summer Rae, like Alexa Bliss, has denied that the photos that are out there are of her.

With a lot of these WWE wrestlers, the photos surface after someone is able to gain access to a cloud where they had stored their photos; this is also what has happened to some other celebrities like Emma Watson.
