Season 13 of The Bachelorette is down to the hometown dates and contestant Eric Bigger is in the final four. Now, before we get into all the details on Bigger, this is your spoiler warning. If you do NOT want to know Bigger’s fate on the show, STOP READING NOW. Otherwise, let’s press on.

Bigger grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and overcame a lot in order to better himself and ensure a successful future. Later on, Bigger moved to Los Angeles, California and he became a personal trainer. Now, he is vying for the heart of Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay, but will he make it to the end? For all you Bigger fans out there, we are sorry to say that he is not the winner this season. But, his hometown date seems to go well. Check out a clip of the date in the below video.

ABC’s description of the date reads:

Rachel starts her visits with a journey to Baltimore, Eric’s hometown. This ambitious young bachelor, whose infectious smile and positive energy has captured her heart, takes the Bachelorette to the rough neighborhood where he grew up. She is in awe of his strength and integrity, as he explains the obstacles he overcame to go to college and achieve his career goals. Eric has never brought a woman home to meet his parents, so Rachel is naturally very nervous. This emotional man vows to his family that he will stop running from love and confess his feelings to Rachel.

Perhaps it was the fact that Bigger had never brought another woman to meet his family before or maybe Lindsay just has stronger feelings for others. Whatever the case, Bigger is not the winner. He does, however, make it through the hometown dates episode, which means a different contestant is sent home.

Some of the other cast-offs from Lindsay’s season will be appearing on Bachelor In Paradise, but, as far as we know, Bigger will not be on the show. Bachelor In Paradise begins August 14, 2017. Previously, the show was set to premiere on August 8, 2017, but filming halted after news broke of an alleged sexual misconduct situation. Production was shut down over an alleged incident that TMZ initially reported between contestant DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios. Fortunately, after an investigation, the franchise determined that there was no evidence of sexual misconduct.
