If you’re watching the midseason finale of Fear the Walking Dead, you may notice at some point that it’s lasting a little longer than you expected. Exactly how long is the Season 3 Episode 7 tonight?
Well, you’re actually going to be watching two back-to-back episodes for the midseason finale tonight: Season 3 Episode 7 (“The Unveiling”) and Season 3 Episode 8 (“Children of Wrath.”) And even then, the back-to-back episodes are going to air a little longer than two hours. The total length of tonight’s mid-season finale is 2 hours and 10 minutes. The episodes will end at 11:10 p.m. Eastern (10:10 p.m. Central.)
Talking Dead will then start immediately after and last for an hour, from 11:10 p.m. to 12:10 a.m. Eastern.
AMC provided one episode description for both episodes tonight: “An arrival at the Ranch creates a divide; tensions run high as communities clash.”
It’s going to be an intense episode and fans are already wondering if we might lose another character tonight. After Travis’ death, it feels like anything is possible. And considering that The Walking Dead has a history of killing off fan favorites, there’s no reason to believe that anyone is truly safe on Fear the Walking Dead.
Here’s a preview for tonight’s episode:
So who do you think will die tonight? It looks like we’re in for quite a few twists and turns, if the preview is any indication.
Fear the Walking Dead should be returning after its hiatus and finishing up the season before The Walking Dead returns. If The Walking Dead maintains its regular schedule, it should be back around mid-October.
