‘Difficult People’, Season 3: When Does the Show Become Available on Hulu?

The wait is over.

Hulu’s comedy, Difficult People is back for its third season. Hulu will release the first 3 episodes of the show on Tuesday (12am ET/PT) and then one each week for the rest of the season.

The series follows Julie and Billy (played by Billy Eichner and Julie Klausner), 30-somethings who are struggling to forge a path to success in the competitive world of show biz.

In a recent interview with the Observer Reporter, Klausner noted, “One of the most romantic things of all is finding someone you can hate everything else with… There’s definitely a lot of opinions expressed by these characters.”

TIME: The show will be released at midnight on August 8.

NUMBER OF EPISODES RELEASED: 3 episodes will be released in a batch, followed by one each week for the rest of the season.

Difficult People originally premiered on August 5, 2015, and the second season premiered on July 12, 2016. The show was renewed for another season on October 17, 2016.

Billy Eichner is a comedian, actor, and writer, and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for “Outstanding Game Show Host” in 2013. He’s also known for playing Craig Middlebrooks on Parks and Recretion. Eichner is set to be part of season 7 of American Horror Story.

Julie Klausner is an author, podcaster, and comedian. She has written for TV programs like Mulaney, Best Week Ever, The Jack and Triumph Show, among others. Klausner graduated from NYU and studied at the Upright Citizens Brigade, and the School of Visual Arts.
