Game of Thrones Season 7 Episode 4, “The Spoils of War,” was an amazing episode. But now that it’s over, fans are wondering about the fates of a few of their favorite characters. Read on for more details about Bronn.
This story has spoilers for Season 7 Episode 4 of Game of Thrones.
At this point, it’s unclear what Bronn’s fate is going to be. He managed to hit Drogon with the Scorpion weapon and Drogon then returned for his vengeance. Drogon destroyed the Scorpion weapon, and Bronn managed to not get hit by his blaze of fire.
But then Jamie tried to kill Dany while her back was turned. That wasn’t such a good idea.
Most fans think that Bronn was the one who pushed Jamie out of the way when Drogon tried to vaporize Jamie with a big plume of fire.
If that was Bronn, then no, this doesn’t look like it was a case where he got vaporized instead, giving his life for Jamie. And it also means that he wasn’t burned to a crisp earlier.
We saw Jamie sinking fast to the bottom of the Blackwater Rush, but we didn’t see what happened to Bronn. We saw whoever saved Jamie fall into the water, but not sink as fast.
Bronn wasn’t wearing heavy armor, like Jamie and the rest of the army. So if he was the one who saved Jamie, then unless he gets knocked out, he will more than likely be just fine. He’ll be able to swim to safety, without all that armor weighing him down. Some fans think that he’ll even dive in after Jamie and try to rescue him.
But if he does escape death by drowning or fire, it’s very likely that Bronn will be taken prisoner.
