The final season of Fixer Upper is bound to be an emotional one for adoring fans across the world. Word on the street for a while was that the couple was leaving Fixer Upper to spend more time with their family. Now, however, it seems that may not be the case.

On Tuesday, Vanity Fair reported that the couple may be pitching a new series to another outlet. A source reportedly told Vanity Fair that the couple “had been clashing with HGTV before they chose to end their series.”

“They kept insisting on showing things with the Magnolia label, even though Scripps does not have a partnership with them on that stuff,” the source told Vanity Fair. “This isn’t how business is done with Scripps. You have to come to some arrangement if you want to show your products on your HGTV show.” Details surrounding the potential new show are unclear at this time.

Joanna and Chip have been involved in the “fixing up” business for the past 12 years together. The pair met after graduating from Baylor University, and shortly after tying the knot, they bought and remodeled a home together. Now, they own Magnolia Villas, a residential subdivision.

Together, Chip and Joanna have four children: Emmie, Duke, Ella, and Drake. Although the couple is insistent on keeping their children out of the spotlight, their dedication and adoration for their little ones is evident based on social media. In fact, in a recent interview, Joanna said that their kids are totally unaware their famous at all. Speaking to People last October, the Fixer Upper star said, “They don’t really understand that we have a show. They don’t get it.”

And could another child be on its way? Joanna has admitted she isn’t against the idea. “I look at life as the more the better. If I found out we were having another baby, I would be really excited,” Joanna tells People. “We like a full plate. That’s just how Chip and I operate.”
