Instagram Josh Kloss
Josh Kloss is a model and actor who took to Instagram to accuse pop star Katy Perry of sexual assault. In his post, Kloss, who starred in Perry’s “Teenage Dream” music video, which was released in 2010, alleged that she exposed his penis to an entire party of people.
Kloss, 38, is originally from Portland, Oregon, and in addition to modeling, he writes, acts and produces short films. He’s starred in over 15 commercials and is the proud dad to daughter, Izabella, from a previous relationship with ex-wife Chere Rochelle.
In his slide-show post discussing Perry on Instagram, Kloss explained why he waited nearly a decade to share his story with the world. “I was supposed to minimize myself and stay PC to protect her ‘image.’ I listened and was a good boy. The fear sticks with you, when you are censored to protect someone else’s image. But in return treated like a prostitute and exposed in front of a group of her friends and other random people.”
Perry and her representatives have not commented about the accusations. Friends have come to her defense in the Instagram comments on Kloss’ post. Kloss has not commented beyond the Instagram post.

1. Josh Is Not Related to Supermodel Karlie Kloss
While they share a last name, Josh Kloss is of no relation to the former Victoria’s Secret Angel who’s married to husband Joshua Kushner. Kloss has one older sister, Kristine, and twin younger sisters, Kariann and Kimberly, but she doesn’t have a brother named Josh.
In an interview with Teen Vogue, Karlie commented on how her father, Kurt Kloss, feels about being the only boy in the family. “There’s lots of drama—he’s learned to deal with it,” Karlie said. “But he’s spoiled. He’s surrounded by beautiful women!”
2. Kloss Says He’s Not Exploiting Perry For Money
Kloss wrote that at first, he tried to block the entire experience out his mind, “because you watch the face of children being uplifted by positive music she sang. And your mind is stuck trying to do your job and protect her bs image or be honest and help the global dialogue about power and abuse. And you hear over and over a million times that Males are the great evil on this planet. Meanwhile you know the truth POWER empowers what is corrupt in people, regardless of their gender.”
Kloss concluded his message by saying that he was not looking for a monetary reward, even though he mentioned that he only made $650 from his work on the “Teenage Dream” video. “Folks I am putting us both out on display to increase and enlighten everyone. I don’t want money for this, Many of you project your own ambitions. I don’t want fame from this, that is why I stomached it and kept working, and kept supporting the ‘teenage dream’ image. And this anniversary, and time elapse made me realize hey now is the time to let it out and let it go. Not one more day of hearing ‘How was Katy Perry?'”
3. Perry Allegedly Exposed Josh’s Penis at Stylist Johnny Wujek’s Party & Wujek Is Defending Perry
Kloss first started to air his long-held grievance toward Katy Perry on Sunday evening. Posting a screenshot from the music video he wrote, “You know. After I met Katy, we sang a worship song, ‘open the eyes of my heart’ She was cool and kind. When other people were around she was cold as ice even called the act of kissing me “gross” to the entire set while filming. Now I was pretty embarrassed but kept giving my all, as my ex was busy cheating on me and my daughter was just a toddler, I knew I had to endure for her sake.”
“After the first day of shooting, Katy invited me to a strip club in Santa Barbara. I declined and told her “I have to go back to hotel and rest, because this job is all I have right now So I saw Katy a couple times after her break up with Russel. This one time I brought a friend who was dying to meet her. It was Johny Wujek’s birthday party at moonlight roller way. And when I saw her, we hugged and she was still my crush. But as I turned to introduce my friend, she pulled my Adidas sweats and underwear out as far as she could to show a couple of her guy friends and the crowd around us, my penis. Can you imagine how pathetic and embarrassed i felt? I just say this now because our culture is set on proving men of power are perverse. But females with power are just as disgusting.”
Wujek is a stylist and costume designer who has worked with Perry for several years.
In a comment on Kloss’ Instagram post, Wujek wrote, “I’m not about to let you make accusations against my friend like this. “Katy would never do something like that. We all know about your on going obsession with her since the day of filming that video. You were writing her music. And planning an imaginary future with her. It’s not ok to do this to people who have done nothing but uplift and inspire others.”
Another one of Perry’s friends, jewelry designer Markus Molinari, also replied to Kloss’ post, writing, “Remember you texted me saying how you’re in love with her and you wrote her a song? And how soon you’ll be able to flying anywhere to meet her,” Molinari wrote on Instagram in a comment reply to Kloss. “You were paid for a job like any other job you’ve had but your obsession with Katy has hit another level. Stop lying to yourself and find peace ✌? in your life. Move on.”
In another post, Kloss wrote, “For the strong youth defending their queen on here. I commend your heart behind your comments, which seeks to protect someone you idolize. #kimkardashian #krisjenner these are two women in a lot more power than Katy, AND TREATED me with RESPECT! perhaps you should give them your loyalty.”
4. Kloss Has a Daughter Named Izabella
Kloss is a proud dad of a daughter named Izabella, from his previous marriage to Chere Rochelle. Izabella spends a lot of time with her Dad, and is regularly featured on his Instagram account. It’s clear they are incredibly close, and together they run a social media account for their dog, Roger Candy Kloss.
Like her father, she’s also getting into the industry, and is featured in numerous of her father’s short films. Izabella also has her own YouTube channel, which has 25 subscribers, where she vlogs about random things that happen to be on her mind.
5. He Is an Actor, Writer & Producer
According to his IMDB page, Kloss has worked on numerous projects as both an actor, writer and producer. His biggest credit on screen was starring on five episodes of the hit teen drama series The O.C. as Chip Saunders in 2003, and has appeared in numerous short films. He produced, wrote, and composed music for the short films Switch and Hedges, and You and Me. He is currently filming the movie The Hunter, playing lead role, of Father John Hawk. His daughter, Izabella, is also slated to be featured in the film. The father/daughter duo also appeared together in William Wayne’s Lost Angeles.
In a 2012 interview with CoverMenMag Kloss said, “I grew up wanting to be a football player or a rockstar, but as I’ve went through a lot in life I’ve learned to love a great story and an actor who can bring that out versus all the lame ‘movie stars’ which win mainly because of the huge teams behind them. I want to act if it’s going to be authentic and pure not just take some handouts or bit parts that make me look like a sell out, cause I’m anything but that. I’m working with Joanne Horowitz now and training with Max Deckor a great coach and when the right role comes a long I will back off a little on modeling and give it my 100 as I do with anything.”
