Andy Cohen Addresses Latest RHONJ Season 15 Cast Rumors

Andy Cohen says rumors that a decision has been made about the cast of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey”  are untrue.

Speaking on  Sirius XM’s “Andy Cohen Live” on February 24, Cohen addressed rumors that surfaced while he was away on vacation. After a caller asked about a report that alleged that two cast members would likely stay on for season 15 and another would get a spinoff, Cohen reiterated that no decisions have been made by Bravo.

“No one has any information,” Cohen said. “There is no information. I cannot stress this enough. Y’all are not going to hear anything for a while.”

“If you don’t see a source credited, if it says, ‘Inside sources say,’ or, ‘We heard that,’ then it’s not true.” the “Real Housewives“ producer added. “If it says, ‘Bravo has announced,’ or ‘Andy said on his radio,’ then it is true. That’s what I will tell you. Don’t believe anything else.”

The 14th season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” starred Teresa GiudiceMelissa GorgaMargaret Josephs, Dolores CataniaJennifer AydinDanielle Cabral, and  Rachel Fuda, as well as “friends” Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler.

In mid-2024, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” was put on “pause” following a volatile 14th season amid a cast divide. During an April 2024 episode of “Andy Cohen Live,”  Cohen stated that it wasn’t “a sustainable universe to have kind of two camps on the show.”  There have been rumors of a cast shakeup for RHONJ as well as a full reboot as was done with “The Real Housewives of New York City.”

Cohen’s latest statement comes amid a report from OK! magazine that suggested that Gorga and Catania would likely return to the show, with Giudice possibly getting a spinoff. The report added that Josephs, Cabral, and Fuda were not given “retention notices.”

In addition, former RHONJ “friend” Kim DePaola told OK! that the full cast was let go but that three of the women were given letters from the network as a token of “good faith.”

According to Us Weekly, Bravo swiftly issued a brief statement that denounced the report. “No decisions have been made around casting for RHONJ,” Bravo told the outlet in an official statement on February 19. A rep for the network issued the same statement to Just Jared.

Andy Cohen Previously Stated That No Announcement About RHONJ Would Be Made For a Year

This is not the first time Cohen has warned fans not to believe uncredited rumors.  In June, he told Entertainment Tonight, “We haven’t even had any serious conversations about next season, so anything you read about what Jersey’s gonna be for next season for the next, I would say six months, is fake, so don’t believe it.”

In late 2024, he gave an update on “Andy Cohen Live” and teased that producers had already “done a lot” regarding casting for the upcoming 15th season. Cohen did not elaborate on what had been done, but there were rumors that new women were being interviewed for possible roles on the show.

Speaking with Us Weekly on December 16, Cohen insinuated that it could be 2026 before an official announcement is made about the fate of RHONJ. When asked for an update, Cohen said, “You’re not gonna get it for, like, a year, so everyone stop asking. And I keep saying you are going to get nothing, so stop asking!”
