The slate of upcoming PS4 games is undeniably looking great. If you’re a PS4 owner, you’d better prepare your wallet for the slew of oncoming awesome games that are set to release this fall. There is a little bit of something for everyone, including some games we’ve been waiting years to see, as well as a new take on a new Vita classic.
So without further ado, here are the top 7 best upcoming PS4 games coming this fall:
1. Tearaway Unfolded
Release Date: September 8
Tearaway Unfolded takes the beloved gameplay of one of the Vita’s biggest and most unique games, Tearaway, and brings it to the PS4 in a new way. The new version will utilize the capabilities of the PS4 and the Dualshock 4 to bring an all-new experience.

2. LEGO Dimensions
Release Date: September 27
LEGO Dimensions will bring together many of the LEGO franchise games into one extremely cool idea. You can take Peter Vinkman from Ghostbusters and team him up with Scooby Doo. You can put Homer Simpson in a tardis with Doc Brown and Marty McFly in tow. You’ve got to build the portal from the included LEGO bricks, and then you’re able to use it for some in-game fun. There will be additional waves of LEGO worlds added in the future, too, so you’ll have something to play over the next couple of years, at least.

3. Dragon Quest Heroes
Release Date: October 13
Dragon Quest Heroes is making its way to the West with a new PS4 release. Players will overpower hundreds of monsters as they become the hero of the battlefield. The game will contain epic battles, placing players against seemingly impossible odds while they fight through swarms of monsters and battle gigantic foes.

4. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3
Release Date: November 6
The fall always means it’s CoD time. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 appears to take the franchise in a new direction, and judging by the response from the recent multiplayer beta, it’s the right direction to go in.

5. Star Wars Battlefront
Release Date: November 17
We’ve been waiting years for a Battlefront 3, and we’re finally getting it on the PS4 (and Xbox One) with the new Star Wars game, simply titled Battlefront. Battlefront has a fighter squadron mode as well as epic land battles on the different planets in Star Wars, including the newly introduced Tatooine.

6. Just Cause 3
Release Date: December 1
Just Cause 3 takes the action open-world game genre to the nth degree, with massive explosions and ridiculous (but cool) ideas. You can tether yourself to an airplane and sky dive off of it as it crashes down into a fiery explosion, take a helicopter down by grappeling it to a tower, sending it crashing down into a fiery explosion, and just blow stuff up to create a fiery explosion. 7. Fallout 4
Release Dates: November 10
We’re hoping Fallout 4 won’t ship with as many bugs as Fallout 3 did on the PS3, but either way, we’re still planning to lose our significant others when Fallout 4 releases in November. The game will take place in Massachusetts, and will let players explore the wasteland. Our significant others will be missed.
