The Game Awards 2016 Category Nominees Announced

2016 is reaching its conclusion. Around that time, everyone tends to break down the best films, music, TV shows and other forms of media.

Geoff Keighley, the creator behind The Game Awards, and his chosen advisory board are ready to finalize their picks for the finest games of the year. The Game Awards 2016 have just unveiled their categories and the many nominees vying for each award. Fans can even participate in the voting right now on the award show’s official website for the following categories: Best eSports Player, Best eSports Team and Best eSports Game. And take note, gamers: the deadline to vote is November 30, 2016.

The Game Awards 2016 will emanate from the Los Angeles Microsoft Theater on December 1. And of course, we’ll make sure to have the live stream webcast up for all the show’s festivities. And for the 1st time in the show’s history, it will be showcased in VR.
