Injustice 2 turned out be everything it was hyped up to be and so much more.
NetherRealm Studios produced one of the finest fighting games of the year thanks to an amazing roster of DC Comics legends, fine tuned fighting game mechanics and amazing single player/multiplayer content. Speaking of content, there’s even more bonus goodies getting put into the game real soon. A total of nine DLC characters will be joining the game’s already impressive roster. To the surprise and delight of many, the first one up to bat is Jason Todd aka Red Hood. Recently, Injustice 2 received a major update that included more space for the DLC cast members on the character select screen. Today’s Twitch Watchtower live stream looks like it’s going to primarily focus on all the cool things the Red Hood can do. His debut gameplay trailer gave us a peek at his Gun Kata skills, heavy close-range fighting focus and electricity fueled special abilities.
Besides a ton of new facts and footage regarding the Red Hood, here’s hoping that the NetherRealm Studious team members give us even more tidbits of info. Fans took a look at the DLC character silhouettes now seen on the character select screen and made some educated guesses. It looks like The Atom is one of the newer DLC roster additions that eagle eyed fans have discovered.
