This can be the day to spring-clean your psyche. It’s always made more sense to me to make resolutions and changes in your life in the spring, when nature is also starting the renewal process. Make a list of life goals and changes you want to make. Call your mother or a cherished friend you haven’t spoken to in awhile. Get closure on a broken relationship or apologize to someone you’ve wronged.
