In this video, chef Laura Vitale of Laura in the Kitchen shows us her favorite green juice recipe, which she drinks every afternoon as a pick-me-up. Her recipe includes:
• frozen grapes
• frozen watermelon
• fresh kale
• pinch of cayenne pepper
Other variations: peaches, blueberries, orange
Her recommendation: start with good organic kale or spinach and then add whatever fruits and vegetables you have, you love, or are in season.
