What is BMI?
BMI stands for Body Mass Index, and it’s a measure of your body fat based on your height and weight. It’s not an exact measurement since it doesn’t actually test how much fat is on your body, but you can use it to figure out if you’re in a healthy weight range for your height.
Ideal BMI for Men and Women

Underweight: BMI is less than 18.5
Normal weight: BMI is 18.5 to 24.9
Overweight: BMI is 25 to 29.9
Obese: BMI is 30 or more
