If you’re trying to lose weight, get healthier, or are just trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, then start your day right with a healthy breakfast. Some people can’t stomach a big breakfast and would rather just have a tea or coffee and some fruit in the morning. That’s a matter of personal preference, but there have been studies that have shown that eating breakfast everyday helps people lose weight and keep it off.

These recipes were developed and demonstrated by Brenda Leigh Turner, a trainer and former fitness model, and the founder of the Lean Secrets lifestyle program.

1. Chia Breakfast Pudding
A healthy and filling breakfast that is good for people who like a more soft and sweet meal in the morning.

2. Quinoa Yogurt Parfait
Greek yogurt with quinoa, fruit, nuts, stevia, and coconut milk combine for a healthy delicious breakfast.

3. French Toast Sticks
A healthy recipe for French toast sticks with eggs, brown rice bread, coconut milk, and raw honey or coconut nectar.

4. Morning Omelet
Eggs, coconut oil, and vegetables for a hearty and satisfying meal to start your day.

5. Tropical Hemp Smoothie
If you don’t like to eat a “real” breakfast in the morning, then combine coconut milk, almond milk, frozen pineapples, oranges, hemp powder, and spinach for a delicious blended smoothie.
