CrossFit Warm-Up

Push-Ups
Sit-Ups
Squats

Do this warm-up two times. You can the circuit another time if you wish.

Lateral Jumping Burpees (10)
Grasshoppers (20)
Reverse Jump Lunges (30)

Do this full-body interval workout twice. You can do it another time if you want more of a challenge.
