ION airs four preliminary card bouts for UFC 140: Jones vs. Machida
ION Television will televise four preliminary card fights from next Saturday’s UFC 140 event in Toronto.
TV officials confirmed the news with HeavyMMA.com on Tuesday morning. Spike will televise two preliminary card fights for UFC 141 on December 30 to finish up their long-running contract with the UFC.
The ION Television broadcast will begin at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. Bouts scheduled for inclusion on the broadcast include:
– Igor Pokrajac vs. Krzysztof Soszynski
– Jared Hamman vs. Constantinos Philippou
– John Makdessi vs. Dennis Hallman
– Yves Jabouin vs. Walel Watson
UFC 140 is headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between reigning champion Jon Jones and Lyoto Machida.
