The Ultimate Fighting Championship’s first June show is coming to pay-per-view this weekend with “UFC 115: Liddell vs. Franklin”, and the hype surrounding the show continues to build with the debut of “Countdown to UFC 115” on Versus tonight at 12 a.m. ET/PT.
This “Countdown” show will feature previews for the main event of the evening between former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell and former middleweight champion Rich Franklin, along with a close look at the co-main event heavyweight strikers match up between mixed martial arts legend Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic and Pat Barry. The two match ups will be the featured bouts on the card set for Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on June 12, a card that also includes a heavyweight match up between Gilbert Yvel and Ben Rothwell and a welterweight bout between Paulo Thiago and Martin Kampmann.
“Countdown to UFC 115” will also be replayed later in the week for those who miss it on Versus tonight at midnight. On Thursday and Friday the episode will be replayed on Spike TV, as well as being replayed on the day of the fight, also on Spike TV, this Saturday.
