UFC veteran Jason High has signed a multi-fight contract with Strikeforce.

MMAjunkie.com broke the news earlier today after learning of the signing from High’s manager, Steve Rusich.

While High was unable to earn a victory in his lone UFC contest, losing to Charlie Brenneman at “UFC Fight Night 21” last March, he has had success lately, earning four straight victories. He last fought at Titan Fighting Championships 16 when he scored a technical submission win against Rudy Bears. With the stoppage time coming in at 0:51 into the first round, the submission marked High’s sixth career finish to come in the opening frame.

No date or opponent has been set for High’s debut with the promotion, but the highly-active fighter will likely fight soon for the promotion.
