Jason “Mayhem” Miller Released On $20,000 Bail

“Mayhem” released on bail

Former UFC middleweight Jason “Mayhem” Miller has been released from jail after posting his bail, which was set at $20,000.

ESPN.com reported the news today.

Miller was arrested on Monday on suspicion of burglary after he was discovered naked on the second level of a church in California. The building had been vandalized, items had been thrown about, and fire extinguisher retardant was present on both floors.

The arrest was made by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, who said Miller was coherent when they discovered him.

No date has been set for Miller to return to court.

A longtime fan favorite, the man nicknamed “Mayhem” has won over crowd and fans of mixed martial arts with his over-the-top personality, yet endearing personality.

He competed under the Strikeforce and UFC banner in recent years, though his career with each have since ended. He is 0-3 in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, though he did manage to find success in Strikeforce.
