A lightweight contest between Joe Proctor and Ramsey Nijem has been added to “UFC on FOX 5.”
UFC officials announced the bout earlier on Wednesday.
“UFC on FOX 5” takes place on December 8 in Seattle, Washington. The stacked card features three high-profile match ups, including a lightweight title fight between Ben Henderson and Nate Diaz.
Proctor, who was a contestant on “The Ultimate Fighter: Live,” last competed at the season’s finale, earning a technical knockout win over Jeremy Larsen.
Meanwhile, Nijem is also an “Ultimate Fighter” veteran, but he competed as a welterweight on the show. Now a lightweight, Nijem is 2-0 at 155 lbs. and has won five of his last six contests.
