Leben returns at year-end show
UFC middleweight Chris Leben is returning to action after a suspension for a failed drug test.
The fan favorite and veteran of “The Ultimate Fighter” meets Karlos Vemola at UFC 155 this December.
UFC officials announced the bout on Wednesday.
UFC 155 takes place on December 29 in Las Vegas and is expected to feature a heavyweight title fight between champion Junior dos Santos and former champ Cain Velasquez.
Leben was suspended by the UFC in November of 2011 following a positive text for oxycodone and oxymorphone. The positive test came after his loss to Mark Munoz in England.
Meanwhile, Vemola last competed at “UFC on FUEL TV 4,” losing to Francis Carmont. He is 1-1 as a middleweight in the UFC.
