“TUF: The Smashes” cast list revealed
The sixteen fighters that will make up the cast of “The Ultimate Fighter: Australia vs. UK” have been revealed.
UFC officials announced the list today, which includes eight Australian fighters and eight British fighters.
The season premieres on September 19 on FX in Australia and will consist of 13 episodes.
Australian UFC star George Sotiropoulos will coach the Australian squad, while former “Ultimate Fighter” winner Ross Pearson will coach the British team.
“These guys have definitely made the second international TUF show ‘can’t mis’ TV,” UFC president Dana White said. “Going into this thing, I had no idea just how much the Aussies and the Brits can’t stand losing to each other. Now I know.”
