UFC welterweight Dan Hardy participated in the open workouts for “UFC on FUEL TV 5” this week, and the former top contender took some time out to train with the next generation.
Hardy called over a young boy wearing UFC gloves and had a brief sparring session with him. The onlookers cheered as the two went toe-to-toe for a few minutes in a fun break from the rigorous training Hardy has no doubt gone through on route to his fight this weekend in England.
