Welcome to Heavy.com’s coverage of the UFC 110 preliminary card bouts. We’ve hidden the results for all four prelim bouts after the jump for those of you who don’t want spoilers.
James Te Huna def. Igor Pokrajac via TKO, round 3 (strikes): Heavy.com blogger Te Huna wins his UFC debut via ground and pound, much to the delight of the electric Australian crowd.
C.B. Dolloway def. Goran Reljic via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28): Dolloway wins what is said to be a lackluster fight.
Chris Lytle def. Brian Foster via kneebar submission, round 1 (1:41): Chris Lytle hadn’t won a fight by submission since 2007, which makes it all the more surprising that Lytle beat Foster by kneebar. This fight is almost guaranteed to make the PPV card tonight because of the length.
Krzysztof Soszynski def. Stephan Bonnar via TKO, round 3 (cut): The ref ruled the bout stopped because of a cut caused by a punch, but it was actually caused by a headbutt. Expect to see a rematch here. Either way, Stephan Bonnar isn’t going anywhere.
