HeavyMMA.com is proud to announce that Skrap Pack Radio will debut next Monday (Oct. 18) at 1:30 p.m. ET/10:30 a.m. PT with special guest Jake Shields.
The show is hosted by current Strikeforce lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez and his Skrap Pack crew, including featherweight Phil Baldacci.
Skrap Pack Radio is a free-flowing conversation about news from the fighting world, funny stories, training methods and more. Melendez and his crew will also be joined by timely guests from the world of mixed martial arts.
Listeners will be able to participate live via the Blog Talk Radio platform, including the option to call the show live and discuss news or ask Melendez questions. In the first episode, Melendez and Baldacci will be joined by former Strikeforce middleweight champion Jake Shields. Shields and Melendez have maintained a long-term friendship, and the two train together whenever possible. Shields will discuss his upcoming UFC debut at UFC 121 against Martin Kampmann and much more.
