Herman Injured; Garcia vs. Phan 2 Moved To UFC 136 Main Card

Exciting featherweight battle moved to UFC 136 main card

An injury to Dave Herman has forced him to withdraw from a UFC 136 main card bout against Mike Russow next week in Houston.

Taking the place of the heavyweight clash on the pay per view card will be the long-awaited rematch between Leonard Garcia and Nam Phan.

Phan lost a highly-controversial split decision to Garcia during his UFC debut last December. It was a fight that onlookers nearly unanimously believed Phan won, but the judges on hand somehow awarded the win to Garcia, who has frequently been on the winning side of poor judging decisions over the last two years.

UFC 136 is headlined by two title fights: Frankie Edgar vs. Gray Maynard for the lightweight title and Jose Aldo vs. Kenny Florian for the featherweight title.
