South Korean officials found a drunk North Korean man hiding in a house on the island of Ganghwa wearing nothing but his underwear. He claimed he floated down to South Korea on a large piece of wood, washing up on Ganghwa’s shore. He’s currently being held in custody by the military as they try to figure out why he drunkenly and nakedly floated between warring countries. If he’s a defector, he will be able to stay in South Korea.
