Mitt Romney Endorses Snooki, Embraces Sleeping Almost Naked

Mitt Romney, Snooki, Jersey Shore

Who knew, Mitt?

Tightly-buttoned-up GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney has some surprising confessions coming up when he goes on “Live! With Kelly and Michael” Tuesday, says the New York Post. He sleeps in as little clothing as he can — and he’s a huge Snooki fan.

Yup. Okay, maybe he’s not sleeping in his skivvies when he’s watching Jersey Shore, or maybe he is. Mitt didn’t dish on that. But he even dished on the teeny little orange-tinted new mommy’s baby bump:

“Look how tiny she’s gotten. She’s lost weight. She’s energetic. Just her spark-plug personality is kind of fun.

Sorry, little Honey Boo Boo. Better suck down some more “Go-Go Juice.” Mitt likes Snooki more. Meanwhile, his wife Ann admits that she can’t keep up with the Kardashians.

And then the interview really gets weird.

New show co-host, Michael Strahan, just one week into the show, asks the man who may be the next president what he wears to bed:

“Really? Really? . . . I hear the best answer is as little as possible.”

And if we haven’t yet had enough information about the Romneys’ bedroom habits, Ann admits Mitt snores, and Mitt says she hogs the blankets at night.

That could be a problem if Mitt really wears as little as possible to bed. But if he’s in the White House, he won’t be the first president Ann Romney has seen almost naked.

Ann will tell the perky talk show hosts Tuesday that that she and the wife of Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Anita, were once “exploring” the White House when they came across then-President George W. Bush getting a massage.

“He was covered up, but I was so embarrassed that, the next time I did see him, I didn’t know what I was going to say to him,” Ann says. “We were going down the elevator from the White House, going to an event together — and I walked up to the elevator and am just like blushing, blushing, blushing. And he looks at me, and he winks, as he does, and says, ‘I look pretty good, don’t I?’

Eeeek. Again…too…much…information…overload.
